NEW RESTAURANT – LAUNCHING APRIL 2016

Yorks has become one of Birmingham’s most exciting independent and fast growing food businesses.  Since August 2012, Yorks has led the city as the destination for stunning specialty coffees and teas, cakes and brunches.

The Sunday Times voted Yorks as one of the country’s Top 10 brunch destinations in October 2015.

Since securing substantial investment at the start of the year, 2016 is going to be a year of exciting growth.  As well as consolidating our reputation as the city’s best brunch destination, we are now about to extend our menu into the evening.

Yorks is a new-generation coffee roastery & restaurant, appealing to a more intelligent, knowledgeable customer who now demands greater authenticity and integrity from their casual dining experience. We focus on exceptional coffee, loose leaf teas, fresh in-house baked cakes made with high quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. Our food is inspired by the travels of our team with influences running from the attitude and grit of New York through to the exciting flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean, Arabia and beyond.  We embrace freshness of ingredients and love to use local suppliers where we can.
